Q. Can I buy just the media database?

Media database is an integral part of PrBean and is meant to enhance the PR work you do with us. It helps to deliver maximum value for our users and that’s why it’s not available as a stand-alone service.

Q. Are there any restrictions on the trial account?

Just two—you can’t view journalists’ contact details in our Media Database and you have a limited number of emails to send. Other than that, you have full access to all of PrBean’s functionalities!

Q. Do I have to sign up for a long-term commitment?

No, you don’t. You can start on a monthly plan for maximum flexibility or to make sure that PrBean is for you. Remember that with an annual plan you get a 15% discount, as well as easier accounting with 1 invoice instead of 12.

Q. Are there any setup fees?

No, not at all.

Q. Can I get a training session?

Absolutely! All plans come with a custom PR consultation for your whole team to get you up to speed. You’re also welcome to reach out to us on chat with questions, comments or anything else.

Q. Do I need any help from IT to set up a newsroom?

That’s a big “no”! Setting it up and adding press releases is so easy you can do it all yourself. But, again, our Customer Success team is ready to help if you need it.

Q. I keep all my media contacts in Excel - how can I move them to PrBean?

It’s easy! Just use the “Import” feature to add your existing media contacts to your PrBean account.

Q. How are email sends counted?

If you send a pitch to 50 journalists, that counts as 50 email sends. If you send another pitch and include the same journalists, they also count towards your monthly email limit.

Q. Can we buy PrBean without the newsroom feature?

The newsroom is an essential part of your PR workflow and makes your stories more easily accessible to journalists, which is key to getting exposure. It’s a fundamental part of what makes PrBean so effective and that’s why it’s only available as an integrated feature.

Q. Can I change my account resources anytime?

Definitely! You can switch between plans, increase or decrease the number of Media Database contacts, or add another newsroom at any time. Be sure to contact our Customer Success team if you need help in doing any of this!

Q. What payment methods does PrBean accept?

All major credit cards, Stripe and bank transfer.
